Amit has held various leadership positions in reputable hotel chains such as The Park Hotels, Renaissance Hotels, The Leela Palaces & Resorts, and Kempinski Hotels. Wadhera's expertise includes F&B service, production operations, banquets, and kitchen management. Amit started their career as a trainee chef at Essex Farms Private Limited and went on to graduate from IHM MEERUT in 2000.
