Fabian Gonzalez has a significant amount of work experience in project management and purchasing roles. Fabian started their career in 1997 as a Project Purchasing Director at The Parker Company, where they managed budgeting, supplier selection, and purchasing agreements for key accounts. Fabian implemented an online ordering program that resulted in $22 million in supply savings. In 2006, they joined Anichini Hospitality as a Regional Sales Manager, securing sales for high-end hotels and restaurants. Fabian then worked as a Regional Director at The Erwyn Group, managing suppliers and analyzing market opportunities. From 2009 to 2010, Fabian owned and operated HospitalityPS, focusing on strategic supplier development and centralized purchasing. Fabian then became the Director of Purchasing at Economos Properties, achieving $6 million in supply cost savings. In 2011, they worked as a Project Manager and later as a Project Director at The Parker Company, overseeing budget development and project procurement. Currently, Fabian holds the position of Senior Project Director at The Parker Company.
