The Parkside School
Jamie Nussbaum is a Speech Language Pathologist at The Parkside School since August 2021, previously serving in a similar role at Winston Prep School from August 2017 to August 2021. Jamie's experience includes clinical roles at the Hospital for Special Surgery and the NYC Department of Education, as well as graduate clinician positions at The Parkside School and Hunter College Center for Communication Disorders. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Hunter College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Linguistics from the University of Michigan. Jamie has also contributed to research in computational neurolinguistics and has extensive experience in providing individualized speech rehabilitation and therapy for individuals with varying speech and language needs.

The Parkside School
The Parkside School welcomes elementary school children from diverse ethnic, social and economic backgrounds who have a range of language-based learning difficulties. We serve the whole child by offering a thoughtfully designed, comprehensive array of academic and support services. Our goal is to enable our students to pursue learning in their areas of strength, to acquire tools and strategies to progress in their areas of challenge and to develop respect and understanding for themselves and others.
