Justin Slagle

Justin Slagle has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Justin started their career as a Director of Business Development at QuickStart Intelligence in 2006, where they worked till 2012. From 2009 to 2012, they served as past President of SoCal Chapter and West Region Chairman at IAMCP, where they started a new chapter in Los Angeles and Orange County and grew it to the largest chapter in the US. Justin later worked at Microsoft from 2012 to 2023 in various roles, including Partner Channel Development Manager, GSI Partner Development Director, and Director of US Global Systems Integrators Industry Team. Justin also worked as a Board of Trustee at Ronald McDonald House Charities of SoCal in Orange County from 2021. Currently, Justin is a Chief Executive Officer at The Partner Masters, where they are responsible for building Microsoft Partnerships and building partner profitability by providing technical solution building, sales, marketing, go-to-market strategies, and executive coaching.

Justin Slagle attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1996 to 1997, but did not obtain a degree or study any specific field. In terms of certifications, Justin obtained several Microsoft certifications including Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals in 2023, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals in 2019, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals in 2019, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in 2019.
