Prior to this, Bill Dean was the Senior Director of Revenue Growth Management at Schwan's Company, where a pricing and promotional plan led to $250 million in price realization, contributing to the company becoming the fastest-growing CPG frozen manufacturer from 2020 to 2022. Bill Dean held several leadership roles in pricing and sales strategy across various companies, including Vice President of Sales at Mighty Spark Food Co. and Sr. Director of Customer Strategy & Trade at Post Consumer Brands, successfully driving significant sales growth and implementing strategic plans. Bill Dean's career in the consumer packaged goods industry was supported by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
