Courtney Evans, MBA, currently serves as a People Operations Assistant at The Partners Group since January 2020, after holding various administrative positions within the organization. Prior to this role, Courtney gained comprehensive experience at Big Al's from November 2016 to January 2020, primarily managing training and guest services, along with inventory and daily accounting reporting. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Legal Assistant at Wiser & Associates, a Client Services Specialist at De Paul Treatment Centers, and a Child and Adolescent Treatment Specialist at Trillium Family Services. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration specializing in Strategic Human Resources Management from George Fox University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Western Oregon University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Portland Community College.
