Jill Razzano-Natalie

Jill Razzano-Natalie, MBA, MSHRM, is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at St. Joseph's University New York since September 2022, while also holding the position of Manager of Organizational Development at The Parts Authority since 2020. Prior roles include HR Program Manager for Leadership & Talent Development at MSC Industrial Supply Co. from 2011 to 2019, where oversight was provided for HR programs impacting over 6,500 associates. Additional experience includes consulting in training at Technisource, managing IT projects at St. George's University, and directing client support services at SMSC.
