Erica Compton

Erica Compton has extensive work experience in various leadership roles within shared services and operations management. Erica began their career in 1991 as a Restaurant Manager at Subway. Erica then worked at Sealand/CSX Lines from 1997 to 2003, where they held the position of Collections Supervisor. From 2003 to 2015, Erica worked at Horizon Lines, progressing from Manager of Receivables Accounting, Collections, and Rate Audit to Senior Manager of Service Delivery and Quality Assurance. In 2015, they joined The Pasha Group as a Director of Shared Services, eventually becoming the Senior Director of Enterprise Shared Services and, most recently, Vice President of Enterprise Shared Services. Erica'sroles at The Pasha Group involved overseeing overall operations, performance, and customer experience, as well as strategic direction and continuous improvement methodologies.
