Ryan Hernandez

Ryan Hernandez, MBA, LSSGB, currently serves as the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager at The Pasha Group, a position held since April 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Continuous Improvement Engineer and Trainer at Leprino Foods, where development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for Continuous Improvement were key responsibilities. Ryan has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Moreno Valley College, teaching mathematics and creating course materials to enhance student learning. Previous engineering roles at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and UTC Aerospace Systems involved leading process improvement projects and managing teams. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering and Engineering from San Jose State University and Southwestern College, respectively.
