Brandon Jones possesses extensive experience in customer service and facility management across various roles in the food service and sports industries. Currently serving as a Patient Coordinator at The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place since October 2020, Brandon has previously held managerial positions at Chick-fil-A Corporate, overseeing customer service policies and executing promotional campaigns. Additional experience includes sports complex facility internships, where responsibilities encompassed event management and supervision of staff. Brandon holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of the West of England and a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Alderson Broaddus University.
