Scott Boucher possesses extensive experience in hotel management, currently serving as Hotel Manager at The Peabody Memphis since May 2019, overseeing operations in both food and beverage as well as lodging. Prior to this role, Scott was Director of Rooms at The Peabody Memphis since December 2007. Additional experience includes Director of Lodging at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, where responsibilities encompassed managing operations for two hotels and two condo areas, including a five-diamond luxury hotel. Earlier roles include Director of Rooms at Marriott Hilton Head Beach and Golf Resort and Assistant Director of Front Office Operations at JW Marriott at Grande Lakes Orlando, among others. Scott began a professional journey in hospitality management with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
