Arnab Basu

Arnab Basu's work experience includes roles such as ERP Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1998 to 2000, Chief Manager - Finance at ABP Pvt. Ltd. from 2000 to 2009, CFO & VP (IT & HR) at Peerless Group from 2009 to 2015, Global Head - Finance and Administration at invenioLSI from 2015 to 2021, and Executive Vice President of Operations at Peerless General Finance & Investment Company Limited from 2023 onwards. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong financial acumen and leadership abilities in various industries such as media, finance, and consulting.

Arnab Basu completed their Class X Board education at Hartley's High School from 1979 to 1992. Arnab then pursued Higher Secondary education in Commerce at St Lawrence High School from 1992 to 1994. Subsequently, Arnab completed a B COM (Hons) degree in Commerce from St. Xavier's College from 1994 to 1997. Arnab also obtained the ACA degree specializing in Commerce, Accounts, and Finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 1995 to 1998. In 2023, Arnab attained certification as a Certified Independent Director from IICA specializing in Business from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs India.
