James F. Quinn

James F. Quinn is the current Director at The PenFed Foundation, and previously served as a Judge Advocate in the US Army from 1978 to 2006.

James F. Quinn has a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice and Corrections from John Jay College (CUNY), a Doctor of Law from St. John's, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from Penn State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Penn State University.
