Angus Lam

Angus Lam is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry with a focus on sales and marketing. As of January 2023, Angus serves as the Assistant Manager in Head Office Sales at The Peninsula Hotels. Prior to this role, Angus was a Cluster Sales Executive for China at Shangri-La Group from June 2019 to January 2023, and a Guest Relations Officer in Reservations at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong from August 2017 to June 2019. Angus began his career as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Pentahotel Beijing in mid-2015. Angus holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has pursued further education, including a MicroMasters in Marketing Analytics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is currently working towards a Master of Science in Business Analytics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
