Allyn Carvajal currently serves as a Citrix Engineer at Pennant Services since March 2021 and has been an IT Project Manager at Pinnacle Senior Living since June 2016, overseeing network and server infrastructure, technology project planning, IT team management, and technology security initiatives. Previously, Allyn worked as an IT Field Resource at Ensign Services from April 2015 to June 2016, providing break-fix support across 30+ facilities in Arizona, and performed proactive site visits. Allyn also gained experience as a Service Desk Technician at Hospice of the Valley from March 2010 to April 2015 and served as Easy Tech Lead at Staples from January 2006 to November 2009, where responsibilities included computer support, repair, and managing Easy Tech employees to meet service level agreements.
