Cathy Mingus Barkell has extensive experience in accounts payable, currently serving as an Accounts Payable Resource at Pennant Services since October 2019, providing support to Pennant Services and Cornerstone locations through various responsibilities such as reviewing, coding, reconciling, and auditing payables, as well as training processors and liaising with finance teams. Previously, Cathy held a similar role at Cornerstone Healthcare Inc. from June 2015 to September 2019. Other roles include a Records Scanner Project at Kenworth Sales Company, Inc. in early 2015, and a long tenure as a Bookkeeper with Kenworth Sales Company from 1981 to 2015. Early career experience includes positions as an Office Clerk at Hewlett-Packard and a temporary clerk at Idaho First National Bank. Cathy Mingus Barkell earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business Education and Accounting from Boise State University, following the completion of a high school diploma with a focus on prep and business classes at Capital High School.
