Erin Peterson has a strong background in compliance and healthcare. Erin began their career in 2008 at Life Care Centers of America, where they worked as a Registered Nurse and MDS Coordinator until 2013. Erin then joined Ensign Services as an Associate Compliance Partner, eventually becoming a Compliance Partner. In 2019, Erin moved to Pennant Services to take on the role of Chief Compliance Officer.
Erin Peterson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Weber State University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their degree, they have earned various certifications in healthcare compliance. Erin obtained the Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) certification in October 2017 from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). Erin also obtained the Certified in Healthcare Privacy Compliance certification in November 2019, also from the HCCA.
