Alan Williamson

Alan Williamson serves as the Construction Engineering Manager at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission (PTC) since December 2021, overseeing construction project managers and contracts for capital improvement projects. Currently, Alan also holds the position of President for the ASHE Harrisburg Region for the 2023-2024 term. Previously, Alan worked as a Senior Project Manager at HNTB, managing alternative delivery programs for public highway transportation owners, and spent over 13 years with PTC in various engineering roles, including Senior Engineer Project Manager and Engineer Project Manager 3. Alan's early career included positions as a Geotechnical Engineer at GTS Technologies, Inc., and as a Geotechnical Engineer-in-Training at F.T. Kitlinski & Associates, Inc. Alan holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and has completed the IBTTA Leadership Academy.
