Angela Kinney possesses extensive experience in toll collection systems and database management. Currently serving as a Toll Collection Business Systems Specialist at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since June 2017, Angela Kinney analyzes toll collection projects using Microsoft SQL and oversees the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure effective integration and performance reporting. Previously, as an Analyst in the same department, Angela Kinney focused on enhancing Operational Acceptance Testing for electronic toll collection systems.
