Frank Kramer

Frank Kramer has extensive experience in traffic operations and emergency management. Currently serving as a Traffic Operations Supervisor at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since September 2012, Frank oversees a department dedicated to mobility and safety for all road users, which includes multiple specialized groups such as Traffic Engineering and Emergency Services. Prior to this role, Frank worked as an Emergency Dispatcher at the County of Cumberland Pennsylvania 911 Operations Center from February 1995 to 2002, where responsibilities included coordinating emergency services and training new personnel in telecommunications and crisis management. Frank's educational background includes a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Cumberland Perry Vocational School and Cumberland Valley Senior High School, as well as training in Traffic Incident Management from FHWA/SHRP2.
