Josh Hillegass

Josh Hillegass has been employed as an Equipment Operator 1 at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission since March 2008, where responsibilities include roadway maintenance tasks such as mowing, patching, fixing guardrails, joint sealing, and snow plowing in winter. Additionally, Josh served as a Borough Councilman for New Baltimore Borough from 2014 to December 2019, contributing to community decision-making and addressing citizen concerns. Josh holds a High School Diploma from Berlin Brothersvalley School District and completed education at Pennsylvania College of Technology from 2003 to 2005.
