Stacia Ritter

Stacia Ritter has over a decade of leadership experience within the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, currently serving as Assistant Chief Operating Officer for Toll Collection since July 2018 and previously as Director of Policy and Fare Collection. In addition, Stacia holds prior roles at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, including Director of Policy and External Affairs and Director of Government Affairs. Stacia's career also includes valuable experience as Assistant Executive Director for the Pennsylvania House Appropriations Committee and Executive Director for the Pennsylvania House Transportation Committee. Stacia earned a Juris Doctor in Public Administration from Widener University Commonwealth Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Government from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
