Shannon Childress

Shannon Childress is currently an Administrator at The Pension Source since March 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon was the Director of Retirement Plan Administration at Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund from July 2019 to March 2024. With extensive experience in the field, Shannon also served as President at Retirement Plan Services, Inc. from May 1991 to July 2019. Shannon earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the University of South Florida in 1990.
