Carmen Zamora

Carmen Zamora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and marketing within the Latin American region. Currently serving as Country Manager for Costa Rica at The People Company LATAM since February 2017, Carmen formerly held the position of Ejecutiva Front de Promociones at Manpower Group, overseeing local operations and strategic compliance across Central America from April 2012 to December 2015. Prior to that, Carmen worked as Jefe de Punto de Venta at Sardimar, effectively managing sales teams and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators between July 2006 and April 2011. Carmen also has experience in administrative leadership as Gerente Administrativa at RG ASESORES -IMAGEN UNO from May 2005 to May 2006. An academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, earned between 2001 and 2011.
