Catrin Lewis

Cat Lewis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in culture and transformation, currently serving as Co-Founder of PEACH since March 2024, specializing in programming, events, and creative hospitality. Lewis also operates as the Company Owner of Culture & Transformation, focusing on enhancing workplace culture through strategic business consultancy. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Trustees for Hope for Justice and Slave-Free Alliance, and as Associate Partner for The People Experience Hub. Previous positions include Culture & Transformation Subject Matter Expert at Tenzing and Head of Global Engagement and Internal Communications at Reward Gateway, where Lewis held various leadership roles. Lewis began a career as a Police Enquiry Officer at Thames Valley Police before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Textile Design and Retail Management from Birmingham City University.
