Becky Peterson Steiner is an experienced instructional designer and experience designer currently serving at The People Side since December 2019 and as the founder of Rebecca Steiner Consulting, LLC since January 2020. In the role at The People Side, Becky consults with clients to identify learning opportunities and designs immersive learning experiences for leaders across various settings. Prior to this, Becky held multiple roles at Target from June 2008 to February 2020, including instructional designer and senior business partner focused on organizational effectiveness. Earlier experience includes an internship in aftermarket marketing at The Toro Company in 2007. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, obtained in 2008, and is a graduate of Roseville Area Senior High School.
