Christine De La Rosa M.A. has a diverse work experience across various organizations. In 2016, they co-founded The People's Ecosystem and is currently serving as CEO. In 2023, they became a Strategic Advisor at Nourish And Bloom Market, a black-owned grocery store that uses AI and Deep Learning to improve food access. In 2020, they joined The People's Group as a Founding Member, focusing on equitable investment in cannabis businesses. In 2021, they founded The People's DAO and also served as a jurist for the New York Urban League. Since 2019, they have been a Board Member of the National Cannabis Industry Association and a member of their Diversity, Inclusion & Equity Committee. Additionally, they have served as a member of the Board of Advisors for Regennabis, Cannabis Doing Good, and CBxShield. In 2022, they joined the California Cannabis Advisory Committee, which contributes to the development of regulations and standards in the cannabis market.

Christine De La Rosa M.A. attained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Digital Arts from the University of North Texas between 1990 and 1994. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from The University of Texas at Dallas from 2005 to 2007.
