Allan Buhr

Allan Buhr has extensive experience in the banking industry. Allan started their career as a Consumer Loan Collection Representative at Union Planters Bank / NBD Bank in 1998. In 1999, they became a Commercial Credit Analyst with the same company. From 2002 to 2003, Allan served as a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at Union Planters Bank. Following that, they joined Irwin Union Bank as a Portfolio Manager from 2003 to 2005. Allan then worked at IU Credit Union as a Business Loan Officer and Senior Credit Analyst for 11 years. Since 2016, they have been serving as the Vice President of Commercial Lending at The Peoples State Bank.

Allan Buhr has a strong educational background in business administration and finance. Allan earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 1991. In 1999, they went on to complete a Masters degree in Finance from Butler University's Lacy School of Business. Later, they pursued another Masters degree in Business Administration, specializing in Leadership Bloom - Monroe, through Indiana University School of Continuing Education, which they completed in 2005.
