Darren Minshall FCIPD

Darren Minshall FCIPD has over 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Darren began their career in 2010 as People & Development Director / HR Director at McCann Manchester, McCann Worldgroup. In 2014, they moved to Saatchi & Saatchi as Group HR & Talent Director for the UK, Nordics, and Prague. In 2016, they were promoted to Chief People Officer at Havas UK. In 2018, they transitioned to GrowthScope as a Founder, and held roles as VP People at Amazon, Global Director of People at DNEG, and Strategic Advisor / CSO at The PepTalk Co. In 2021, they were appointed Group People & Culture Consultant at MullenLowe Group UK. Most recently, in 2022, they were appointed Global Chief People Officer at Berlin Brands Group.

Darren Minshall FCIPD holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, which they obtained in January 2018. Darren also attended The Manchester Metropolitan University.
