Elton Herrick is a highly experienced operations research analyst with a robust background in leadership and project management. Currently serving as Principal Operations Research Analyst II at LinQuest since September 2020, Elton leads a team of over 25 personnel, interfacing with government clients to convert analysis needs into actionable tasks. Previous roles at LinQuest included Principal Operations Research Analyst and Operations Research Analyst, demonstrating a consistent focus on research, data analysis, and operations. Prior experience at Flowserve Corporation involved leading a project for enterprise-wide PLM software development and collaborating with global engineering teams. Elton's military background includes serving in the United States Air Force as Flight Commander and Standards and Evaluations Officer, managing extensive operational programs and training initiatives.
