We are an international company that focuses organizations, groups and individuals on attitudes that support risk taking and achieving targeted performance outcomes. We uniquely combine experiential learning, data & the principles of neuroscience to help our clients traverse the learning curve quickly and perform their role more effectively. We specialize in building high performance teams, culture transformation, executive coaching and conflict resolution.

Because the mind is capable of being rewired when it is exposed to new experiences, we use dynamic learning environments such as race tracks, jump platforms, and combats scenarios to accelerate learning and development. We also use sensory deprivation [ float ] tanks to focus the mind on targeted change.
