Jamie Smith, LCSW-C, is a dedicated social work professional with extensive experience in various therapeutic roles. Currently serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Connecticut since September 2021 and a Therapist at The Personal Wellness Center since November 2019, Jamie has a strong background in clinical therapy, demonstrated through positions at Montford Hall and Four Circles Recovery Center & Transitions House. Jamie's career began with a focus on family-based mental health at Familylinks, Inc., and support roles in mental health counseling. Educational accomplishments include pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work at the University of Connecticut, along with obtaining a Master of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Social Work from Salisbury University.
