Dion served in leadership roles at Synergy including general manager generation and head of health and safety.With a people first leadership style, Dion has more than 20 years’ experience an accredited Six Sigma Black Belt (business improvement) and holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Health (WHS).
