Jessica Houghton

Jessica Houghton has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and workplace relations. Jessica began their career in 2010 as a Fair Work Infoline Adviser at The Fair Work Ombudsman, where they provided detailed advice on award entitlements, legislative requirements, and termination entitlements. In 2014, they joined the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia as an Employee Relations Adviser, assisting members with various IR and HR topics such as award interpretation, recruitment, and performance management. In 2017, they worked as a Workplace Relations Adviser at the Printing Industries Association of Australia, where they offered practical advice on workplace relations matters including legislation interpretation and unfair dismissal claims. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at Communicare Inc. Currently, since 2019, they are working at Gold Corporation - The Perth Mint as a Business Partner in the People and Culture department.
