Doreen Agbodo

Doreen Agbodo is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior management roles within educational institutions and the public sector. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Excelsior Academy since July 2021, Doreen previously held the position of Business Director at London Academy Of Excellence from February 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included strategic and operational management and acting as Finance Director. Doreen's experience also encompasses roles as Deputy Head of Management Accounts and Management Accountant at Goldsmiths, University of London, and Senior Management Accountant at London Borough of Barnet, where expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and IFRS implementation was demonstrated. Earlier career roles include Commercial Analyst and Assistant Financial Controller, with foundational experience gained as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
