Harold Lewis has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Hotel Ambassador of the Lobby/Bellman/Valet Captain at The Pfister Hotel since 2006. In this role, Harold enhances the guest experience by engaging with visitors and coordinating services within the lobby and entrance area. Previous positions include Assistant Banquet Manager/Event Set-up Supervisor, where Harold supervised the Banquet Event Department and managed budgetary functions. Harold also worked at Saint Kate Arts Hotel as a Hotel Ambassador during the NBA Team's stays from October 2020 to February 2023. Before entering the hotel industry, Harold served as Team Equipment Manager/Facility Manager for Milwaukee Bucks Inc., managing budgets and player transportation. Harold holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management/Data Processing from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
