Kathy Morris-Rosati

Kathleen Morris Rosati is an experienced HR professional with a background in P&C insurance companies. Kathleen currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President, Human Resources at The Philadelphia Contributionship, the oldest successful P&C insurance company in the US. Prior to this role, Kathleen served as Director of HR at Taylor & Springfield Hospitals within the Crozer Keystone Health System. Kathleen also has experience as a Training Consultant at AdminServer and as a Vice President of Human Resources at United America Insurance Group. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary/Special Education from Cabrini University.
