Maryanne Brown has extensive experience in financial analysis and reinsurance management, currently serving as a Financial Analyst at The Philadelphia Contributionship since July 2015, focusing on financial reporting and filing. Prior to this role, Maryanne spent over two years as a Reinsurance Manager at Companion Property and Casualty, and also held a similar position at Global Indemnity Group for 17 years, where responsibilities included managing claims and accounting for the Financial and Reinsurance Department.

In 1752, Benjamin Franklin joined a group of prominent citizens to establish what is now the oldest successful property and casualty insurance company in the country. He named the company The Philadelphia Contributionship for the Insurance of Houses from Loss by Fire. The "hand-in-hand" fire mark is our historic symbol.
