Sean O'Neil has over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as an Account Representative at The Philadelphia Contributionship since July 2012, where responsibilities include providing and servicing home and property insurance policies. Prior experience includes roles as a Risk Manager and Insurance Broker at Peterson Insurance Services, Inc., where sales maximization and analysis of insurance coverage were key responsibilities, and as an Insurance Broker at Goebel Insurance Agency, Inc., selling various insurance products and providing customer service. Earlier in Sean O'Neil's career, experience was gained as a Video Editor and Photographer at WWAY News Channel 3, focusing on news story development and editing. Sean O'Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from East Carolina University, earned in 2007.
The Philadelphia Contributionship
In 1752, Benjamin Franklin joined a group of prominent citizens to establish what is now the oldest successful property and casualty insurance company in the country. He named the company The Philadelphia Contributionship for the Insurance of Houses from Loss by Fire. The "hand-in-hand" fire mark is our historic symbol.
