Eliza Bailey

Eliza Bailey is an experienced professional in theater and dance education, currently serving as the Director of Theater & Dance Education at Ensemble Arts Philly since August 2018, following roles as Education Program Manager and Education Program Coordinator. From 2014 to 2020, Eliza worked as Project Manager for The Archipelago Project, a non-profit dedicated to music education and community engagement. Additionally, Eliza held positions as Adjunct Teaching Faculty and Administrative Assistant at The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, where responsibilities included conducting ensembles and facilitating educational events. Eliza's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager at Creative Connections and Teaching Artist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, along with Assistant Band Director at Friends School of Baltimore. Eliza holds a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in Trumpet Performance, as well as a Music Education Certification from The Peabody Institute.
