Antonina Miller

Antonina Miller, aPHR, ARM, MBA, is a Senior Director of Human Resources at the Philadelphia Parking Authority. Previously, Antonina held positions as a Risk Management Director at the Parking Authority and Thomas Jefferson University. Antonina has extensive experience in developing and implementing risk management programs and strategies to mitigate organizational risks. Antonina holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Eastern University, a BS in Management from Rutgers University - Camden, and an AS in Liberal Arts from Camden County College.
