After completing high school, they enrolled at Santa Clara University from 1999 to 2003, where they received their Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Graphic Design. Jennifer then pursued further education at Boston University, where they obtained a Master of Liberal Arts (MLA) degree in Gastronomy from 2012 to 2013. During this time, they also earned a Certificate in the Culinary Arts from Boston University Metropolitan College. It is unclear when exactly they obtained the culinary arts certificate.
