Adil Bilal

Adil Bilal is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in various sectors including banking, financial services, food & beverages, real estate, and information technology. Currently serving as an Executive Search Consultant at The Phillips Group since April 2021, Adil has previously held significant roles such as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Pinpoint HR, where responsibilities included leading the entire recruitment process and client negotiations. In earlier positions, Adil excelled as HR Supervisor for a USAID project in Pakistan, achieving substantial cost savings and improving HR compliance, as well as serving as Recruitment Manager and Technical Recruiter in the IT field. With a Master's degree in Computer Science from Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology, Adil brings a strong educational background to complement extensive practical experience in recruitment and human resources management.
