Iulian Gamurari is a seasoned Client Partner at The Phillips Group, an executive search firm specializing in leadership placements in the Middle East and North Africa since May 2015. With extensive experience managing the entire executive search process, Iulian has previously served as an Executive Search Consultant, focusing on creating search strategies and candidate assessment. Prior to this role, Iulian worked at Pedersen & Partners from July 2010 to April 2015, contributing as an Associate Consultant and Acting Manager of the Shared Resources Center.
