Rojit Mote

Rojit Mote is an experienced bartender currently working at The Phoenicia Malta since July 2023, where responsibilities include taking drink orders and serving beverages to diverse patrons. Previously, Rojit worked at Western Hotels from October 2021 to June 2023, managing high-volume shifts and ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as training new hires and collaborating on seasonal drink menus. Earlier experience includes bartending at Seven Eleven Chillhill from October 2020 to June 2021, and a background in food and beverage service as a waiter at Arjaan by Rotana Dubai Media City from December 2016 to July 2020. Rojit holds a Bachelor of Computer Technologies from Tribhuvan University, a high school diploma from Dharan Higher Secondary School, and a certification in Customer Service Management from Dubai College of Tourism.
