Christie Hess is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Server and Wine Sales Specialist at The Phoenician Resort since August 2014, where Christie creates a 4 star/5 diamond experience for guests while leading restaurant sales. Concurrently, Christie has been a Server at Steak 44 since March 2014, consistently exceeding guest expectations and maintaining top sales. Prior experience includes roles as a Bartender at multiple establishments, including Hyatt Mission Bay Spa and Marina and Jack's La Jolla, where Christie developed extensive craft cocktail and wine knowledge. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Business Management from Delaware State University and a Level I Sommelier certification, Christie's expertise is complemented by training in ESL and diverse management experience, including a Food and Beverage Manager position at Baya Beach Club Resort in Curacao.
