Mercedes Guillen

Mercedes Guillen currently serves as Human Resources Manager at The Phoenician Resort since June 2019 and has been a Senior Human Resources Generalist at JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa since 2009. In addition to these roles, Mercedes has extensive experience with Marriott International, where contributions as a Human Resources Generalist have been made since 2002. Mercedes holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management from LDS Business College, earned between 1983 and 1986.
