Rick Kortsmit is an experienced information technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Manager at The Phoenix Group since May 2017, after previously holding the role of IT Support Technician. Prior to this, Rick managed dual store operations at RadioShack from October 2012 to April 2017, focusing on team management, customer service, and training. Additionally, Rick worked at Shopko as the Loss Prevention Leader from April 2007 to July 2012, where substantial achievements included a significant reduction in store shrinkage. Earlier experience includes positions at Southwest Minnesota State University as a Student Web Developer/Designer and at Tetra Pak as a Computer Operator. Rick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2009.
