Kelly Redfearn

Kelly Redfearn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development and business services. Currently serving as a Sr. Practitioner at PhoenixTeam since May 2023, Kelly has previously worked as a Product Development Specialist at NewRez LLC from January 2018 to May 2023. Prior to that, a significant tenure at PHH Mortgage from 1995 to December 2017 included roles such as Manager of IT Business Services, Manager of Product Development, and Sr. Analyst in Product Development, among others. Kelly began the career as an Audit Analyst at GE Capital in 1994 and also worked as a Post Closer at Arbor Mortgage. Educationally, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, earned in 1991.
