The Leadership Team at The Phoenix consists of the Founder & Executive Director, COO, and SVP of Development. This team is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing operational efficiency, and driving fundraising initiatives. Their combined efforts ensure that the nonprofit remains focused on its mission of providing a supportive, active community for individuals in recovery, while also maintaining financial stability and expanding program offerings to reach a wider audience.
